At Complete Country, we collaborate with a wide range of suppliers who offer diverse styles and designs to meet your unique needs. If you would like us to conduct a survey of your kitchen and provide an installation cost estimate prior to delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to assist you every step of the way.
We believe in keeping things clear from the start. That’s why we offer a free, no-obligation quote and consultation. It’s a chance for us to understand what you need, talk through your plans, and make sure you’re fully aware of all the costs and how the installation will work – no surprises, no pressure.
Once you're happy to go ahead, we’ll get you booked in and take a 20% deposit to secure your installation date. We’ll also work closely with you (and any other trades you’ve got involved) to make sure delivery times, access, and schedules all line up in a way that suits you best.
We know how important it is to stay in the loop. In the lead-up to your install date, we’ll keep in regular contact to confirm details and give you the chance to let us know about any changes or updates on your end – it keeps everything running smoothly and stress-free.
Around a week before we’re due to start, we’ll be back in touch with all the key details – including who your designated fitter will be, what time they’ll be arriving, and anything else you might need to know ahead of the big day. It’s all part of making sure you feel fully prepared.
This is where it all starts to come together. Our team will arrive as arranged and crack on with fitting your new kitchen. We’ll keep you updated on progress throughout the job, so you always know where things are at and what’s happening next.
Once the install is complete, we’ll walk you through everything and sign it off together. You’ll receive a completion pack, which includes your final invoice (due within 24 hours), a 12-month fitter’s warranty, a post-works report, and all the contact info you might need. We don’t just finish and disappear – we’re here if you need us.

In the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with the product itself, we are here to assist. We will facilitate communication and mediation between you and the supplier to arrange for the replacement of the item, making sure that your concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
